Chitrakoot, March 04, 2020 About MGCGV: Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidhyalaya was established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh through legislature by an Act(9, 1991) on February 12, 1991. The University is located on the bank of Holy River Mandakni near Sphatikshila at Chitrakoot District Satna (M.P). In the Eighth Convocation of Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya, his Excellency The Governor and Chancellor of the State Shri Lalji Tandon gave away Gold medals to 42 Students, Ph.D. Degrees to 121 researchers and Degrees to under-graduate/Post graduate students.
